Paying tribute to the late pop and funk icon

A year after the dimuniative superstar passed away, Houston Symphony Orchestra are paying tribute to Prince, performing his greatest hits live. With an unrivalled body of work that spanned across the decades, Prince's biggest hits included Let's Go Crazy, Kiss, Purple Rain and When Doves Cry. Now you can hear them once again, performed by one of America's most prestigious orchestras. Guest conductor Brent Havens returns to take up the baton, following his previous tribute concerts including he Music of Led Zeppelin and The Music of Queen. The vocals will be provided by Marshall Charloff, frontman for The Purple Xperience tribute band; he is considered to be "the next best thing" to the late artist.
