Sleeping beauty gets the Lythgoe pantomime makeover

Disney may have recently revamped their story of Sleeping Beauty for the big screen, but this ambitious new family musical throws all of the rules out of the castle window with contemporary pop tunes from the likes of Aloe Blacc, Blondie, Bruno Mars, Survivor, Jessie J, John Legend, Katy Perry, Mariah Carey, LMFAO and Pharrell Williams! With a cast full of both TV and stage stars set to perform (names to be confirmed), this holiday pantomime puts a fabulously modern twist on the classic 18th century fairy tale, which encourages audiences to see fairytales in a different light!

The brainchild of Kris and Becky Lythgoe, the married couple have added to their considerable bow of creating and producing TV shows such as American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance? by indulging in their love for American stage theatre. Derived from English pantomime, this show is their latest pantomime since forming in 2010, wher
