The Houston Symphony channel the spirit of the legendary rock and rollers
Although Led Zeppelin disbanded in 1980 after the tragic death of drummer John Bonham, their soaring rock and roll legacy lives on, forged in the flames of Valhalla. Experience their flaming riffs, banshee vocals and pounding blues-edged rhythms in this tribute concert from the Houston Symphony, featuring a full rock band to raise the decibels and bring that stomping sound to you.
Formed in London in 1968, Led Zeppelin comprised of the guitar wizardry of Jimmy Page, the golden-haired, dulcet tones of Robert Plant, the enigmatic bass-player-pout of John Paul Jones, and John Bonham's ritualistic, daring grooves. Revel in this fearsome foursome's powerful musical black magic during faithful renditions of 'Kashmir', 'Immigrant Song', 'Whole Lotta Love' and the classic adored by beginner guitarists everywhere 'Stairway To Heaven'.
