Celebrate the holidays with Houston Symphony
Tchaikovsky's festive masterpiece is the headline performance in this richly-hued program celebrating the holiday season. Led by Andres Orozco-Estrada, the entire orchestra takes part, presenting The Nutcracker with vitality, drawing out the lush romance and high drama within.
Alongside, the evening also features electrifying Violinist Gil Shaham who lends his talents to Barber's unforgettable Violin Concerto, and Double Bassist Robin Kesselman who pairs with Shaham for Giovanni Bottesini's Gran Duo Concertante.
