Why See Houston Symphony - How The Grinch Stole Christmas?
A Grinch Christmas!
Houston Symphony are proudly presenting 'A Grinch Christmas' at Jones Hall this festive season. Having performed with the symphony for over 10 years, Robert Franz will be conducting the orchestra as they tell Dr. Seuss' iconic story of a grumpy old Grinch. The symphony will be sharing the evening with local high school singers.
The festive fun will also include a holiday sing-a-long and the hit "Believe" from the movie Polar Express.
Christmas will surely not be stolen by this grumpy green monster!
About The Grinch
The Grinch is an ill-tempered, bitter, furry green recluse who lives in seclusion upon a cliff which overlooks the optimistic land of Whoville. He scorns at Christmas and all the festivities that come with it - he gains pleasure from spoiling peoples happiness. However, will the kindness of one tiny Who be enough to change his outlook?
Performance date: 2 December 2017
